In the lead-up to demolition or construction endeavours, our soft strip demolition process ensures the secure and efficient elimination of walls, ceilings, machinery, equipment, staircases, mezzanine floors, fixtures, fittings, signage and more. Essentially, this service targets anything not integral to the building’s structural framework. The complete removal of these features paves the way for a seamless transition to the next developmental phase.

Acknowledging the potential disruptions associated with demolition, our proficient team employs meticulous planning to minimise delays while adhering to all required permissions and notifications. Expert strategising ensures that the soft strip out is strategically timed, whether it’s commencing after operations cease or preparing meticulously to curtail damage. Our established schedule enables you to maximise the advantages of our services. When you seek reliable advice and unwavering commitment, Roach Waste Management is your ideal partner.

INITIATING THE PROCESS

Our process begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your project’s requisites and associated risks, encompassing discussions about planning permissions and notices. Complying with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, most properties require an asbestos survey before any strip-out activities commence. Occasionally, an ecological survey might also be necessary. While these obligations might appear daunting, the team at Roach Waste Management is here to alleviate your concerns.

With the reliable and hardworking contractors at Roach Waste Management, you’re assured of exceptional skills and experience in the field. Our specialists navigate projects from inception to completion, overseeing every aspect from initial plans to ultimate clearance.
